Nventory is a business that is owned and operated by Ntooitive Digital, LLC (“N2I,” “we,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit http://www.Nventory.com or use the Nventory services (collectively, the “Nventory Services”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Nventory Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Nventory Services.

Types of Information We Collect

We receive and store any information you provide to us through the Nventory Services or otherwise (for example, if you contact us by telephone). This information may include your name, email address, physical address, telephone number and any other information provided or made available to us through your creation of an account, use of the Nventory Services or our services. [We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our services to you. Once your messages are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. Your messages are stored on your own device. If a message cannot be delivered immediately, we may keep it on our servers for up to ____ days as we try to deliver it. We also offer end-to-end encryption for our services, meaning that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.]

N2I may enable you to access data from other available databases through the Nventory Services. If you access those databases through the Nventory Services your use of that data is governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the providers of those databases. If you access data from other databases through the Nventory Services you may be asked to grant N2I access to certain information from profile with those databases. This information may be used by N2I to suggest new features and content that may be relevant to you, for statistical analysis, or for other business purposes.

When you visit the Nventory Services we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. We may also use third-party website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about user traffic on the Nventory Services. The information we may collect by automated means may include, but is not limited to, the following:
  • information about the devices you use to access the Internet (such as the IP address and the type of the device, operating system, and web browser);
  • dates, times and duration of visits to the Nventory Services (including whether you are a repeat or first time visitor); and
  • information on actions taken on the Nventory Services (such as page views and site navigation patterns).

How We Use the Information We Collect

We may use the information you provide to us to:
  • Provide you with services you request;
  • Register you to receive emails or other information or materials you request;
  • Understand your needs and interests and tailor the Nventory Services accordingly;
  • Respond to your questions and comments and provide customer support;
  • Communicate with you about our services, offers, and promotions;
  • Operate, evaluate, and improve our business and the services we offer;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; and
  • comply with applicable legal requirements and industry standards.

In addition to the uses described above, we may use the information collected through cookies to identify and authenticate visitors. We may also combine the information we collect with publicly available information, and with that of other users of the Nventory Services. For example, we may use your and other users' non-identifiable, aggregated data to improve the services we offer, for statistical analysis, and for other business purposes.

We also may use the information you disclose to us in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.

You acknowledge and agree that you have the right to consent to our use of your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Information We Share

We may disclose aggregated information about our users without restriction. We may disclose personal information you disclose to us to our subsidiaries and affiliates, or to contractors, and service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our services. Such third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. We may also disclose personal information to: (i) comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (ii) enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; and/or (iii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of N2I, users of our Nventory Services or others.

We also reserve the right to transfer personal information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets. Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Payment Information

If you make a purchase for the Nventory Services we will collect your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and other payment details (collectively, “Payment Information”). We may provide Payment Information and other personal information to our third party payment processors in order to complete purchases made on the Nventory Services. Pursuant to the “Information We Share” section above, our third party payment processors are bound by contractual obligations to keep such personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. However, we are not responsible for our third party payment processors’ use of any Payment Information or other personal information they collect in connection with your transactions on the Nventory Services.

Your Choices

We offer you the following choices about what information we collect from you and how we communicate with you:

Cookies. Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all of the App’s features.

Marketing Emails. If we have sent you a marketing email, you may choose not to receive additional marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each email.

Location and Social Media Information. You can restrict N2I’s collection and use of real-time information about your mobile device’s location through your device’s privacy settings. You can restrict N2I’ access to your social network profile at any time by changing your social network privacy settings.

Web Analytics. You may opt-out of the aggregation and analysis of data collected about you on our Nventory Services by our web analytics vendor by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Nventory’ Services. [You may delete your Nventory’ account at any time using our in-app “delete my account” feature. When you delete your Nventory’ account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our services.]

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change personal information you disclose to us by logging into the Nventory Services and visiting your account profile page. Subject to applicable law, you may have certain additional rights to request access to and receive information about the personal information you have disclosed to us, update and correct inaccuracies in such personal information, and have such personal information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. Security

N2I has reasonable security measures in place in an effort to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please note that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place will never be defeated or fail, or that such measures will always be sufficient or effective. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any Nventory Services privacy settings or our security measures.

Global Operations

N2I is based in and operates the Nventory Services in the United States. However, when we obtain personal information about or from you, we may process such information outside of the country in which you are located. The countries in which we process personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you are located. We will protect personal information you disclose to us as described in this Privacy Policy. You agree to the transfer and processing of your information outside the European Union to the United states and other countries globally, regardless of where you use our Services.

Children Under the Age of 13

The Nventory Services are not directed to, and N2I does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or about, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from or about a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

N2I reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will indicate on the Nventory Services that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. If we make a material change to how we use personal information you disclose to us, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is at the top of this page. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Nventory Services and this Privacy Policy to check for any updates or changes.
